One or more of these issues may be occuring:

1. If you are using a USB webcam, please ensure that you are not running any other USB webcam software, including the software that may have come with your webcam. These other programs may interfere with the Webcam Plus USB software.

2. Make sure that your firewall is allowing port 21 outbound.
