Loch Ness monster 'spotted 10ft out of water' (dailyrecord.co.uk)
A Paranormal investigator believes he has a picture of the Loch Ness monster - captured from his home in America.
Jim Winiski from Iowa claims to have made the first sighting of Nessie on the webcam in more than a decade.
In the captured image, he said he saw a long, neck like object rise up at least 10 feet out of the water.
It will count as the third official sighting in 2016, after the official register has logged Jim's sighting.

But the two osprey that have set up housekeeping atop one of Pioneer Log Homes’ cranes don’t seem to mind a bit that their home sways in the breeze.

New York Wheel foundation takes shape (silive.com)
The final touches on the New York Wheel's foundation will begin Saturday when 4,000 cubic yards of concrete are poured at the St. George site.
From roughly 2 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, the first of two pours will take place at the future home of the 630-foot-tall tourist attraction, said Wheel spokeswoman Tiffany Townsend.
"This is a construction milestone for the project as the pours will mark the completion of the Wheel's foundation," she said. "All the work we have been doing to date has been to build the foundation that the legs will go into and that the Wheel will ultimately be built on. ...
