An annual production of the Times Square Alliance, the event inaugurates a series of summer events in Times Square. The tasting gave visitors the opportunity to sample signature dishes from Times Square's best restaurants; enjoy New York street performers, and catch exciting music and multicultural dance performance on two stages. Big Band swing music and dance lessons added to the fun.

The festivities this year expanded from on ‘Restaurant Row” (West 46th Street, between Broadway and 9th Avenue), and along part of the Broadway promenade in Times Square. The annual street party featured international food samples from 50 restaurants.
