FOX Sports has set up a special stage right in the heart of Times Square and Super Bowl Boulevard, a 14-block outdoor celebration, has taken over this famous city spot. EarthCam’s webcams caught all the hard work it took to create this Super Bowl reporting hub and adventure land and is sharing the entire process with their new time-lapse movie. Captured in crisp detail by two different webcams, watch as the FOX Sports stage and various spots throughout Super Bowl Boulevard take shape. The time-lapse features a highlight reel of the action from four unique angles for a total viewing experience. Watch as crews put all the pieces of the stage into place, including the finishing touches of the LED screens and FOX Sports official mascot, “Cleatus the Robot.” Catch a glimpse as the Roman numerals that accompany every Super Bowl make their grand debut and watch as the teams prep the performance for all the entertainment acts that will wow the crowds. Guest have the chance to step onto the field and try their luck at scoring 3 points by kicking a field goal. The final image of the time-lapse is touchdown-worthy and will have viewers cheering from the sidelines, with a gigapixel panorama showcasing all things football in Times Square in an impressive way.
